Lamenza Corporation was founded in 1980 on the basic principle that small businesses in the GTHA should support each other to be successful. We have built and sustained relationships with our tenants and members of the community based on the following company values:

Her honest, professional, and loving personality along with her positive attitude allows her to provide immaculate customer service to all of our clients. Carmela is our property manager and the shining light in our office with her fun and loud personality. She loves seeing a project unfold from beginning to end and is most proud of her part in the Yorkdale Mall reconstruction. She likes working in Mississauga due to its central location and easy commute.

When he’s not on set as George Clooney’s stunt double, Virgilio organizes and oversees all our property maintenance to ensure tenant satisfaction and safety. In his spare time, he loves collecting a variety of collectibles and vintages, specifically comics and records. Virgilio enjoys working in Mississauga as it is less congested than Toronto and he lives in the west end.

Janie oversees everything related to our tenant’s accounts. She regularly engages with tenants to establish good relationships and to identify new ways to improve tenant satisfaction. Her friendly and outgoing personality allows her to make tenants feel comfortable and cared for. Living only 15 minutes away from the office, Janie loves working in Mississauga as she’s never encountered a traffic jam!

Sheri Alchorn is the Finance Manager at Lamenza Corporation, where she leads our financial forecasting and planning including developing our social impact investment initiative. Prior to this, Sheri worked with both for-profit and non-profit organizations large and small such as: McMaster University, Saint Joseph’s Hospital, Herbal Bud, the Brampton Board of Trade, Red Whale Coffee and Irving Oil among others. Sheri has helped client organizations create strategic plans, implement mission-based budgeting, and has provided tactical operational and financial guidance to support organizational initiatives. You can expect 100% transparency, a flexible attitude and a lot of integrity when working with Sheri. Sheri is a cat-lover, a tutor for high school students and an avid body builder that hails from New Brunswick.
